Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

Our warehouse gets to work quickly, which means we’re not always able to make changes once your order is placed. If you just submitted an order and need to edit or cancel, please reach out to [email protected] within one hour and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

If you have a subscription with us, you can make changes or cancel any upcoming orders from your Subscription Portal. We’ll also send a reminder email and text message 3 days before your next order is set to ship, so you’ll have time to make updates before it processes.
